Studio Policies

To ensure a positive and organized learning environment for all students and families, we ask that everyone review and follow the studio policies outlined below. These guidelines help us maintain a smooth schedule and provide the best possible musical experience for our students.

Enrollment and Registration

First Come, First Served
Enrollment in all classes and lessons is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A student’s spot is secured once registration and tuition payment have been received.

Teacher Assignments
Teacher assignments are determined by studio management and are finalized at the beginning of each semester. While we carefully consider each student’s needs, we are not able to accommodate specific teacher requests.

Minimum Enrollment for Group Classes
A minimum of two students is required for each group class. If minimum enrollment is not met, the studio reserves the right to cancel the class. In such cases, we will make every effort to place your child in an alternate class day or time.

Accompanying Students
Students under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent or designated guardian during group lessons. In certain situations, teachers may request parent participation to support the student’s learning.

2.Tuition Fees
1 Month tuition for the semester is due at the time of registration in order to reserve your student’s place in the program.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit or debit cards

  • Cash

  • Other electronic payment options offered through our registration system

A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been successfully processed.

Tuition Refund Policy

Program Commitment

Enrollment in a semester program reserves a dedicated place for your child for the full session. Our curriculum is designed to build skills week by week, and consistent attendance is essential for student progress.

Withdrawal from private lessons or group classes requires 30 days written notice. Tuition remains due during this 30-day period, and lessons will continue as scheduled.

Classroom Conduct and Studio Etiquette

Creating a respectful and focused learning environment is important for all students.

During Lessons

  • Photography or video recording of lessons is not permitted.

  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the classroom.

  • Mobile phones should be silenced and not used during lessons.

  • Only enrolled students and their accompanying parent/guardian may attend lessons.

Respectful Behavior

Our studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language or behavior from students or adults. Any such conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

We ask that all students, families, teachers, and staff treat one another with kindness, patience, and respect.

6. Makeup Lessons
